About
Helping organizations make sense of complexity
The best solutions rarely come from one person.
They come from people thinking together—with structure, focus, and the right support.
That belief has shaped my career for more than twenty years, through periods of organizational change, new technology, shifting ways of working, and growing expectations for people and organizations to adapt quickly.
I have worked across healthcare, associations, non-profits, education, and international development, helping organizations improve how people think, work, and learn together.
Most recently, I built and led the Organizational Learning and Collaboration function at Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA), creating the organization's first enterprise learning team and connecting learning, collaboration, and evaluation with strategic priorities.
My experience includes:
Strategic planning and facilitation
Organizational learning
Leadership development
Change and transformation support
Process improvement
Evaluation and continuous improvement
Today, I partner with leaders who want practical solutions, meaningful collaboration, and lasting results—especially when their organizations are navigating change, growth, new ways of working, or complex decisions.
My approach brings together three things:
The goal is always the same:
Create clarity. Build momentum. Turn ideas into action.
