Immersive Learning (Custom) — Cybersecurity Escape Room
Bringing cybersecurity awareness to life through an immersive challenge where teams learn, collaborate, and put their skills to the test.
Project Goal: Create an engaging learning experience that builds cybersecurity awareness and gives participants an opportunity to apply what they learn. And to have what they learn ‘stick’!
Background/Problem: Traditional cybersecurity training can be difficult to translate into everyday workplace decisions and behaviours, so that it’s top of mind. Employees think: “It can’t happen to us.”
Services/Product: Designed and facilitated an immersive cybersecurity escape room game combining learning, problem-solving, teamwork, and real-time challenges. (1-hour workshop)
Target Audience: Employees and teams building practical skills for on the job use
Client: Board of Directors and Executive Leaders
Partnership: Delivered with the CMPA Organizational Learning team.
Collaboratives Program
Connecting people across teams to share knowledge, solve problems, and put collective expertise to work.
Project Goal: Create a structured learning program for employees to learn from one another, build connections across the hybrid organization, and tackle shared workplace challenges.
Background/Problem: Knowledge and expertise can become siloed across teams -especially working in a hybrid organization, making it harder to share ideas, solve common problems, and build a stronger learning culture.
Services/Product: Designed and led a collaborative learning program that brought people together through facilitated sessions, peer learning, knowledge sharing, and practical problem-solving. (1-day learning sessions)
Target Audience: Employees and teams working across functions, departments, or areas of expertise.

Process Mapping
Improving how work gets done by helping teams see the process, identify barriers, and find practical solutions.
Project Goal: Create a clear picture of how work moves through a process and identify practical opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and the experience of those involved.
Background/Problem: Complex or inefficient processes can be difficult to see from inside the day-to-day work, creating delays, duplication, unclear roles, or unnecessary steps.
Services/Product: Designed and facilitated process mapping sessions that brought people together to map current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop practical action plans. (Small process: ½ day session; Large process: 1-2 day session)
Target Audience: Teams and leaders looking to understand, improve, or redesign workplace processes.

Business Transformation — Tools & Tech Adoption
Supporting people through a major CRM change so they can adopt new ways of working and achieve meaningful business results.
Project Goal: Support the successful adoption of a new CRM system by helping employees understand, learn, and apply new ways of working.
Background/Problem: A new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database is more than a technology change. Success depends on helping people understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to work effectively in the new environment.
Services/Product: Designed and led a learning strategy that connected CRM implementation with practical learning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption support.

Making complex ideas visible so teams can explore possibilities, hear different perspectives, and build shared understanding.
Project Goal: Help teams explore complex challenges, surface different perspectives, and create shared understanding that leads to better decisions and action.
Background/Problem: Important conversations can be dominated by a few voices, making it difficult to surface diverse perspectives, explore new possibilities, and build genuine alignment.
Services/Product: Designed and facilitated LEGO® Serious Play® workshops using hands-on modelling, storytelling, and shared reflection to help teams explore challenges, develop ideas, and create a common path forward.

Background/Problem: Distributed and busy teams need intentional opportunities to step away from day-to-day work, reconnect with colleagues, share ideas, and learn together.
Services/Product: Designed and facilitated a multi-day Learning Week that combined professional development, interactive learning, team activities, and opportunities for reflection and connection.
